Towing rates in Edmonton
Starting rates for cars, SUVs, minivans and light trucks, for pickups in Edmonton, St. Albert and Sherwood Park. Pickups in other communities in our service area (Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan and others): +$50. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST (5%).

All prices are starting rates. Your final price depends on the vehicle, location, distance and conditions at the scene, and rates may be higher during severe weather and peak demand. You always get the full price in writing before we hook up your vehicle, and we will not charge more than your written estimate allows under Alberta’s Vehicle Towing and Storage Regulation.

- Lockouts: if we can’t open your vehicle, there is no charge. Proof of ownership is required after opening. If it can’t be verified, we lock the vehicle again and the lockout fee applies.
- Boost didn’t work? If we tow your vehicle, 50% of the boost charge comes off your tow.
- Fuel is charged at the current pump price.
Waiting time and cancellations
- Waiting time: first 20 minutes free, then $80 per hour + GST
- Cancel before a truck is dispatched: no charge
- Cancel after dispatch: $50 + GST
- Cancel after we arrive, before hook-up: $100 + GST
- Drop fee, if you cancel after hook-up: $100 + GST
- Roadside calls (boost, lockout, tire, fuel): cancel after dispatch $30 + GST, after we arrive $50 + GST
- No cancellation charge if we arrive more than 30 minutes after the time we quoted

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash and Interac e-Transfer. Credit card payments carry a 2.4% surcharge. Debit, cash and e-Transfer: no surcharge. You receive a written, itemized invoice before any payment is taken.
How we price a tow
Every tow is priced from the same parts: a hook-up charge, a per-kilometre rate, and extras only when the job needs them, such as dollies for AWD and 4WD vehicles, winching, or after-hours service. You get the total on the phone and a written estimate before the hook goes on, as Alberta’s Vehicle Towing and Storage Regulation requires, and an itemized invoice after.
