Local help when drivers need it
Ironline Towing & Recovery is a local, owner-operated Edmonton tow company. There are two of us, and we run one truck around the clock. When you call dispatch, you’re talking to one of the people who will show up, hook up your vehicle and hand you the invoice. There is no call centre and no hand-off to another company.
Licensed and fully insured
Our truck is commercially registered and insured, including on-hook coverage for the vehicle we are towing. If you’re trusting someone with your car, that should be the first thing you know.
What our truck handles
We run a light-duty self-loader with a boom, a wheel lift, a winch and a set of dollies. That lets us handle:
- Cars, minivans, SUVs, crossovers and pickups
- AWD and 4WD vehicles, towed with all four wheels off the road
- Vehicles that won’t start, won’t shift out of park or won’t steer
- Vehicles in a ditch, a snowbank or off a soft shoulder
- Collision-damaged vehicles once the scene is released
We don’t handle heavy-duty trucks, buses or equipment transport. If your job needs a different truck, we’ll tell you on the phone before we dispatch, not after we arrive.
Clear pricing, in writing
Alberta’s Vehicle Towing and Storage Regulation requires a written estimate before any tow begins. We give you the price on the phone, put it in writing before the hook goes on, and itemize every line on the invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash and Interac e-Transfer.
