Ironline Towing & Recovery (“Ironline”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your location, pickup and destination addresses
- Vehicle details such as make, model, colour and licence plate, and photos of the vehicle or scene
- Information you enter in our Request Service form
- Payment and invoice records
- Basic website usage data, described below
Why we collect it
We use your information to dispatch and complete the service you request, contact you about it, prepare written estimates, consent forms and invoices as required by Alberta’s Vehicle Towing and Storage Regulation, handle questions or complaints, and meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide the service or when required by law, for example with a repair shop, dealer or insurer you ask us to deal with, with law enforcement when legally required, and with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and payment processing.
Website analytics and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure calls and requests that come from our ads. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings or at Google’s ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep service and invoice records for as long as required for legal, tax and insurance purposes. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
